If you change your mind, we will always work with you. Please do not report a fraudulent charge to your credit card if you change your mind as that impacts our reputation and ALSO results in your bank charging us a significant fee.
If your item has not yet shipped, contact us and we can cancel your order. If your item has already shipped or you have any issues with your planner or pens, also contact us and we can arrange a return. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
